Thank you for using Sliding Puzzle ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in our mobile application for iOS and Android.

1. Child-Friendly Privacy Commitment
Sliding Puzzle is designed for users aged 4 and above. We fully comply with child data protection laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and similar laws in other regions.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age defined by local law) without verified parental consent.

2. Information We Collect
We make every effort to minimize data collection. The app may collect only the following non-personal and anonymous data:
  • Usage Data Information such as the number of puzzles played, time spent on puzzles, and settings choices. This data helps improve gameplay and difficulty balancing.
  • Device Data Technical data such as device type, OS version, screen size, crash reports – used only to fix bugs and improve app performance.
  • In-App Purchases If an adult user upgrades to the Pro version, payment is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store personal payment information.
  • Advertising (Free Version Only) In the free version, we may show age-appropriate, non-personalized ads through Google AdMob or a similar provider, in accordance with COPPA and other child privacy regulations.
❗ We ensure that no behavioral tracking is performed for children, and all ads are strictly non-personalized.

3. How We Use This Information
The limited data we collect is used only to:
  • Improve app performance and user experience.
  • Fix bugs and monitor app stability.
  • Enable in-app purchases and Pro features.
  • Display safe, appropriate ads (free version only).
We do not create user profiles, nor do we allow third parties to track children across apps.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share any personal data.
We may share anonymous technical data with service providers (e.g., analytics or crash reporting tools), but only to the extent necessary for app functionality and only with providers who comply with child privacy laws.

5. Data Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect all data. No personal or sensitive user data is stored on our servers.

6. Parents’ Rights
As a parent or legal guardian, you have the right to:
  • Review any information that may have been collected about your child.
  • Request deletion of that information.
  • Refuse further data collection or use.
